3D Designer
Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Produce concept drawings, space planning, 3D perspectives, layout plans, and design developments within project demands.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of tasks assigned by superiors.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure designs align with customer’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in software such as AIHouse, 3D Max, and SketchUp for design purposes.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu languages.
- Must own personal transport for commuting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Qualification:
Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Professional Certificate , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
